Barbarians of the Ruined Earth and the Raid on the Blistered Bunch Adventure

I decided I wanted to create an adventure for Barbarians of the Ruined Earth while artwork continues for The Slave Mines of Vindicus the Terrible.

I generated the premise/adventure, the village, and what’s in it with the GM’s Tools chapter of the book and flushed it out for a more rounded adventure. One of my goals with this was trying a different format than the standard dungeon crawl adventure because they just doesn’t feel right when capturing the essence of the source material.  Additionally, I wanted something with randomness/options that require little to no prep or reading as 1) I tend to run the same adventures for multiple groups and not having everything be the same is a major plus; 2) I ain’t got time to read a bunch of notes and shit so it better be able to be run at the table, dammit.

You can nab the Standard Edition cover here and the Special Edition cover here.

I haven’t playtested this yet (that’ll happen tomorrow actually) and it hasn’t been edited or anything yet. Eventually it will and will end up in another project I’m working on for Barbarians. Anyways, I wanted to share it with peeps who want more Barbarians goodness:)

Here you be: Barbarians of the Ruined Earth and the Raid on the Blistered Bunch!

I am a History major attending a community college until I can get more financial aid and attend a four year school. I am living in NJ with my girlfriend who is currently wrapping up on obtaining her PhD in Toxicology. I love Star Wars, Role-playing, video games, working out, reading, writing, and hanging with my girlfriend, dog (Perfect), and two kittens (Birch and Brambles). My main focus on this site will be my discussion of Role-playing games and ideas and hopefully contribute something worth a damn.
